Nyx e4b761917a Polished the UI and added Persistent Config option.

Changelog:
Added Config.options.time.pomodoro options in Config.qml
Restructered the Pomodoro logic and added Long break
Used timestamp instead of naively counting down.
Major UI tweaks.
